Refund policy

Every Chin Up Tits Out piece is made to order just for you, so our returns work a little differently than a big-box store.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, email chelsea@chinuptitsoutofficial.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send it back.

Wrong size? Exchange it for store credit

If the size isn't right, you can return it for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them. Email chelsea@chinuptitsoutofficial.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. You cover return shipping, and we recommend a tracked service. Once your return arrives and we check it, we'll issue store credit for the item price (original shipping isn't credited). Use it on the right size or anything else in the store.

Hats, beanies and mugs are one size, so they can only be returned for damage or defects.

Change of mind

Because each item is printed or embroidered on demand, we can't offer returns, refunds or store credit for change of mind. Not sure about sizing? Check the size guide on each product page or email us before you order.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll make it right.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is undeliverable because of an address error, we can reship it, but the reshipping cost is on you.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 15 minutes of placing your order. After that, your piece is already headed into production and can't be changed or cancelled.

Refunds and store credit

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post them. Store credit is added to your customer account and applies at checkout.
